Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We can accept payments from your PayPal account, or from your bank card via the PayPal system. Even if you don’t have an account with PayPal and don’t want to set one up, you can still use their payment clearing system to send us money using your credit card.

Q: How soon will my order be shipped? 

A: As soon as your payment has been received and we have that item in stock then it should go out within 2-3 days. If you have ordered a custom order then it can take up to 2 weeks depending on your order. We will discuss a delivery time when you place your order. All orders MUST be PAID IN FULL before we will ship.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We are delighted to say that so far no one has ever wanted to return one of our products, which makes us very happy. But if for any reason you aren’t delighted with your product, please do contact us right away. If there is an error with your order, then we will do our utmost to correct it. If you simply change your mind about the item, then you can return it provided it is still in original condition and unused. We will refund the amount of your purchase. Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless there is an error on our part. If you have ordered a monogram or a name on your item then there ARE NO RETURNS.
